Job Description
- Take responsibility for order processing and flow of orders and delivery execution plans to the Logistics Teams
- Ensure Customer data files are accurate and up-to-date in the ERP System
- Analyse & report data relative to Service Levels
- Plan, Communicate and Coordinate activities related to service to customers
- Identify/Contribute to the continuous improvement opportunities in relation to customer service processes and systems
- Handle Complaints related to Service to Customers
Job Requirements
- Education level: A Commercial or Logistics related degree or diploma.
- Experience in Customer Service/Demand or Production Planning or financial functions ideally within a commercial organization.
- A (deep) knowledge of and experience in ERP systems; MS advanced Excel knowledge; advanced in Power Point
- Supply Chain knowledge
