1. Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager, Facilities Management
* Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building Science/Engineering/Facilities Management;

4. Job Title: Chargeman (BO/A4/A1/AO)
* Responsible to lead and supervise maintenance team to carry out daily and weekly maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical facilities;
* To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works of the equipment, building & other facilities;
* Assist Senior Chargeman to ensure that all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating to electrical system and installation are complied with Common Property Act;
* Attend to all power and machines failure / short trip and rectify promptly;
* To be on 24-hours standby for emergency response;
* Monitor third party contractors to ensure that safety issues and legal routines are adhered to;
* Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management as and when required;
* Must possess a Certified Chargeman BO from Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) and Chargeman A4-1 certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga;
* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in commercial or high rise buildings is required for this position;
* Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively in groups with different profession background to achieve a common objective.
5.Job Title: Air-Cond Supervisor
* Monitoring of chillers, cooling towers, mechanical ventilation forms, etc;
* General servicing of the air-conditioning related system;
* Monitor and supervise service maintenance contractors;
* Preferably knowledge on kitchen equipment maintenance and maintaining washing machine;
* Candidate with hotel experience would be an added advantage;
* Willing to work under shift;
* Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma level;

6.Job Title: Air-Cond Technician
* To oversee the operation and maintenance of the common property and facilities of building and the surround of the premises;
* To handle basic routine checking on air-cond (split / centralize);

* Minimum 2 years working experience in handling air-cond and possess basic knowledge in electrical;

7. Job Title: Security System Technician
* Supervision and maintenance of security system;
* Must possess at least a Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications;
* Minimum 2 years experience in security system project installation or maintenance;

8. Job Title: Safety and Health Manager
* Offers expert knowledge and skills to generate and promote a positive safety and health culture and control occupational risk of the building premises and its tenants;
* Assist Assistant Head of Facilities Management to plan, develop and implement safety policies and procedures that are in compliance safety and health legislation;
* Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the Company’s safety and health policies and procedures to ensure that working practices are in compliance with safety and health legislation;
* Assist Assistant Head of Facilities Management to plan, develop and implement initiatives to create safety and health awareness among employees;
* Conduct investigation into all safety incidents within the building premises and determine the cause; proposes corrective actions to prevent recurrence;
* Assist Assistant Head of Facilities Management to develop training program on safety at workplace, safety techniques, etc for the management, staff and tenants;
* Conducting in-house training for managers and employee about safety and health issues;
* Assist Assistant Head of Facilities Management to inspect renovation works being carried out by the tenants or owners and to ensure that they are in accordance to the plan specification;
* Assist Assistant Head of Facilities Management in ensuring that all scheduled preventive works are carried out and implemented smoothly by the responsible staff;
* Assist Assistant Head of Facilities Management in conducting frequent inspections of the buildings’ water storage tanks and domestic water tank; fire hose reels and fire sprinkler tank, to ensure that they are in good condition;
* Assist Assistant Head of Facilities Management in checking for buildings’ internal or external to identify and ensure that repair works are carried out as and when necessary;
* Ensure that all work being carried out by the service contractors are in strict compliance to the requirements of building by-laws, safety and security features;
* Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;
* Maintains records of all inspections findings and prepares reports for Management’s review;
* Provide feedbacks and suggestions on safety and health related issues to enhancement operations of the department;
* To ensure that all safety equipment within the building premises are in good working conditions;
* To ensure that all the buildings’ safety or fire fighting systems are in compliance with the authority requirements e.g. Bomba;
* Maintain records of all incidents and accidents as required by regulatory authorities and submit monthly reports for Management’s review;
* To ensure the efficient operation of safety systems of the building;
* To work towards zero level down time;
* Knowledge and proven track record of delivery of safety and health management system, managing and motivating a team;
* Professional approach, ability to work in partnership, confident and assertive, committed, ability to cope with pressure and deadlines;
* Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent;
* Should possess at least a Certificate of Attendance from NIOSH or related approved institutions.

* Must be registered with Department of Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP);
* Green Book holder;
