Job Description
* Efficient day to day funding of the Group cash requirement
* Assisting Treasury Manager with tasks and projects
* Acting as a backup to the Foreign Exchange Dealer
* Understanding the dealing function of the foreign exchange market ensuring best rates for Nampak
* Ensuring that the best money market rates are obtained within bank mandates
* Reconciling bank interest statements for monthly payment of interest
* Fund divisions daily cash requirements and transfers between division accounts and Treasury
Job Requirements
* Be a qualified Chartered Accountant, CA (SA)
* Have Mathematical and Statistic skills / ability
* Good Excel and MS Word computer skills
* Experience and a good understanding of Treasury systems, i.e. TIMS, Sungard applications and most major banking platforms (BOL / CATS, CAMS, Nedinform)
* Ability to work without supervision
* Ability to work accurately
* Ability to complete deadline driven tasks
