Job Description
* Maintenance and support of all internal and external IT services
* Network and Hardware installations of new IT equipment
* Analyse and compile work instructions for various IT processes
* Maintaining server hardware and software infrastructur
* Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
* Check server room every morning for any faults
* Check backup server everyday
* PC support maintenance tasks
Job Requirements
* Have Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualifications required (A+ or similar,N+ or similar, etc.)
* Have 3 – 5 years technical support experience
* PLC training, Siemens network training
* Have a valid driver’s license
* Have some electrical knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to multi task
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Good time management skills
