Job Title: General Manager (Hotel)
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

  •     Ensure all customers are provided with outstanding service
  •     Recruiting, training and supervising staff
  •     Promoting and Marketing the Hotel
  •     Good communication skills
  •     Energetic and dynamic
  •     Work with little or no supervision
  •     Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
  •     Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
  •     Dealing with customer complaints and comments
  •     Must be able to control operational cost and generate sales and cost reports
  •     Ensuring good communication between day and night staff by accurately reporting on each shift in accordance with requirements


Qualifications 

  •     Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related field
  •     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  •     Minimum of 4 years experience in Hotel management
  •     Must have flare for marketing.
  •     Must be able to drive the work force and experience in hotel management.

  •     B to B and B to C marketing
  •     Managing shopping cart, B to C applications
  •     Web based marketing, Social presence management
  •     Interfacing with agencies for AV content, release of such content in web portals. and
  •     Managing our web presence


    Qualification

  •     OND/HND/BSc
  •     1-3 years experience
  •     Excellent communication skills
  •     Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Lagos

Job Description:
The company COO must be strong and highly experienced in the service industry to assist the CEO in the day-to-day management of its operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  •     Support the CEO in defining the overall strategy of the company
  •     Management of day-to-day operations by establishing efficient agile processes
  •     Have logistical and facility operation abilities
  •     Advise the management team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
  •     Strategic planning and resource allocation; establish operational processes/ process improvement
  •     Ensure quality control of all company output as pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of services
  •     Ensure all department heads are fully informed of operational objectives; set operational and / or performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals

Qualification

Qualification
