JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Details Of Job:
- Cedar Microfinance Bank is currently recruiting for the position of a Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager reporting line would be directly to the C.E.O, and he/she would be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, promotion, retrenchment processes and effective implementation of Bank's policy.
- Responsibilities
- Design KPA/KRAs of each staff member.
- Coordinate and manage the performance management.
- Review and formulate Human Resource policies, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee the Administrative HR functions that include managing of HRIS, Medical scheme, etc.
- Coordinate and undertake Staffing needs analysis and manpower planning for effective implementation of the recruitment and selection policy.
- Support the business in achieving its key strategic objectives.
- Provide and support employee relations within the bank.
- Facilitate and conduct corporate training and development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- He/She must possess the following qualification suitable for the job.
- First Degree or higher diploma in Human Resources Management/Development/Microfinance.
- Excellent Computer and presentation skills.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Deep industry knowledge in Labour laws and current HR business trends.
- Ability to proactively network with colleagues in the industry.
