Responsibility

  • Plan the recruitment process and develop the recruitment plan for the company based on the manpower requirement plan as approved by Management.
  • Prepare the annual recruitment budget
  • Ensure the agreed recruitment and selection process standards are complied.
  • Ensure all recruitments (Internal and external) comply with agreed recruitment procedures.
  • Plan the annual career fairs participations and campus recruitments with local colleges/universities and Ministry of Higher Education to ensure availability of suitable UAE Nationals.
  • Identify and recommend new sources for recruitment for various categories of employees.
  • Identify and evaluate new recruitment agencies, advertising mediums, web based recruitment agencies appropriate for meeting Ducab manpower requirements.
  • •Develop appropriate selection and testing tools (ability tests and psychometric tests) for all categories of employees.
  •  Ensure agreed recruitment road maps and targets are complied and provide necessary MIS reports.
  • Grow UAE Nationals in the organization.
  • Plan for key people growth through internal roles movement.
  • Responsible for recruitment of UAE Graduate Trainees in conjuction with National Development (Graduates) Requirements


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR or in similar disciplines like Business Administration
  •  Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in recruitment roles.
  •  Excellent operational execution skills (thorough planning, smooth step by step execution, meet deadlines and quality criteria).
  • Team player.
  • Commitment (motivation to deliver top results, desire to learn and excel in function and discipline).
  • Must have excellent working skill knowledge of MS Office
  • Possess a Customer focus approach
  • Essential: Knowledge and past experience in psychometric testing
