Asset Coordinator Job At Baker Hughes Oil & Gas Firm in Dubai



Job Title: Asset Coordinator

Details Of Job:

  • Identifying the excess and idle assets within Middle East Region, and allocation of the same globally, depending on the operational requirement.
  • Preparation and Submission of Asset utilization report /CER (Capital Efficiency Ratio) for periodic review.
  • Monthly review of S&OP (Supply and Operations Planning) forecast from various districts and allocation of assets according to the Operational demand.
  • Calculating asset retirement obligations for those assets where a high repair cost is applicable.
  • Investigating potential obsolescence of fixed assets and conducts periodic impairment review of intangible assets.
  • Monthly review of MER asset registers to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing cycle count of assets as per company policy.
  • Liaising with 3rd party on rental tools, cabins, dumb iron etc, based on BH policies and procedure.


Qualification
  • Finance related Degree is essential. Experience of Asset Coordination is a must.
  • Education: PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance)
  • 2-4 Years Working Experience 

Preferred  Qualification: 
  • Oil & Gas experience is beneficial, but not essential.
