Job Title: ADMIN/LOGISTICS OFFICER


Need Qualification:


  •     Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration.
  •     Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience inadministration and logisticsgood    Corrununication and Interpersonal Skills.
  •      Highly numerate, strong credibility with excellent communication skill.
  •     Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite.
  •      Excellent Team Spirit, Leadership and Management Skills.
  •     Membership to any Shipping Body is an advantage.
  •     Experience in Shipping Industry an advantage.
  •    Candidate must be 30 years to 40 years old.


Responsibilities Of Job:
    Interface with Banks on RRfFORM M issues.
    Submission of Final Shipping Documents to Banks for.
    Submission to SGS for RAR Processing.
    Follow up with NA FDAC and DPR in Lagos to acceleratethe issuing of relevant permits.
    Submission of Proforma Invoices and Insurance.
    Certificates to the Banks.
    Management of day to day running of office Administration.
    Responsible to Logistics of expatriates, accommodation,visas etc.
