Office Administrator Job Vacancy In South Africa


Our Client African Foresight Network We are looking for an intelligent person who is an all-rounder to join our team as an Office Administrator.
The successful candidate will be strong in both numbers and words and have knowledge in IT.

Your responsibilities will include finance tasks, assisting with the management of the Access database and IT functions, writing, editing and proofreading reports, general research, PA functions like answering the phone and handling reservations and doing general office administration. You will be assisting the Company’s Chairman, CEO, Finance Manager and Office Manager.
                           
You must be able to plan and organize strategically, have strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable on the phone and communicate confidently. You need to be a pro-active self-starter with initiative and be comfortable with working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Having an interest in the world of business and economics will be to your advantage.

Qualification

  •     University degree
  •     Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel and strong numeracy skills a must
  •     Drivers license
  •     An interest in IT or some understanding of it
  •     Average years per past employer exceeds 2 years



Additional Advantage:

  •     Experience with Microsoft Access



Remuneration: Between R 10 000 – R16, 000 per month depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
