Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with maintaining and building relationships with our corporate clients, arranging visits for our researchers and presentations by specialists as well as arranging attendance at conferences and other events. You will also be maintaining our Access database; writing, editing and proofreading reports and helping with research projects.
You must be comfortable with working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high client service orientation is a must. If you have been a personal assistant previously your skills would also match this position as it will be like a PA position but with your own responsibilities.

Qualification:
- A University degree
- At least a ‘B’ for Matric English HG or University equivalent
- Working knowledge of MS Access or another database
- Average years per past employer exceeds 2 years
Salary: between R8000 & R18000 per month depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
