Job Duties:
- Handling enquiries through inbound emails/calls promptly and efficiently while maintaining superb phone/email etiquette and professionalism.
- Provide great service to customers and consumers through the giving of accurate information regarding products and services
- Attend to customer requirements, complaints and feedback
- Management of enquires are mainly done via emails.
- Sales administrative duties includes lead distribution, credit assignment and sales reporting
