Customer Service/Administration Executive Job Vacancy in Malaysia


Job Duties:

  • Handling enquiries through inbound emails/calls promptly and efficiently while maintaining superb phone/email etiquette and professionalism.
  • Provide great service to customers and consumers through the giving of accurate information regarding products and services
  • Attend to customer requirements, complaints and feedback
  • Management of enquires are mainly done via emails.
  • Sales administrative duties includes lead distribution, credit assignment and sales reporting

Qualification:

  •      A good team player
  •     Superior customer service and email/phone etiquette
  •     Highly responsible, able to multi-task and a fast worker
  •     Good organizational skills with eye for detail.
  •     Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  •     Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and enjoys surfing the internet
  •     Candidates with experience working in an administrative, call center or outsourced center will be preferred.


Location and Working Hours

  •     The Gardens, Mid Valley City
  •     5-day work week, 9am - 5pm
