Operation/Administrative Executive Job Vacancy in Malaysia


Job Duties:

  • Sales administrative duties include job postings, uploading of banners, credits assignment.
  •  Work with the Singapore’s team leaders to ensure the fulfillment process is established
  • Ensure the duties are performed according to the established guidelines and timelines.


Qualification

  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and enjoys surfing the internet
  • Candidates with experience working in an administrative, call center or outsourced center will be preferred.
  • A good team player.
  • Highly responsible, able to multi-task and a fast worker
  • Good organizational skills with eye for detail.


Location and Working Hours
 The Gardens, Mid Valley City
5-day work week, 9am - 5pm
