The primary objective of the Deployment Consultant is to execute deployment and consulting projects in the ERP space. A Senior system and process functional expert who possesses project management, customer management and problem solving skills with a high level of professionalism, to provide quality in the delivery of products and services. This role involves some travelling locally and abroad.

Responsibility:
- Manage deployment projects to deliver a successful outcome for both the customer and the company
- Provide timely and accurate project reporting to the wider organisation
- Provide application expertise on company products to clients
- Provide business expertise with all aspects of deployment services
- Overall responsibility for and Management of deployment projects end-to-end
- Configuration of software to meet client requirements
- Coordinate and perform application testing
- Perform functional user training
- Recognize issues, problems and opportunities in executing projects and offer solutions
- Assist in the development of training material including training packs, on-line help and FAQs.
- Assist in the development of the product with enhancement suggestions, and participation in functional design and functional testing for new releases
- Support the Account Manager by identifying new business opportunities, participating in business development activities and assisting with preparation of proposals.
- Demonstrate the use of software to others
- Communicate asset management key concepts to others
