Contract Administrator Job Vacancy Ericsson Nigeria


JOB DETAILS:
Head the Change Management Board, as part of the Change Management process.


Manage a group of related delivery projects associated to an assigned customer in coordinated and efficient ways, ensuring the contract execution according to its timelines and costs defined on the approved business cases.

Agree with the customer on project requirements to secure closure of projects and change control.
 Establish a communication plan/strategy in order to meet stakeholder and customer needs and expectations.


Presentation of any checklists to the project at start-up, including handshake with appointed PM on requirements and deliverables.

Work closely with Lifecycle management, Deployment and Operations to ensure that Scope of Work (Sow), time & cost estimates.

Monitor and track projects’ progress and notify applicable stakeholders when a project’s 

performance deviates significantly from the project’s plans and/or threatens to impact the Program’s multiple project plan

Participate in project TG decisions and ensure participation from relevant stake-holders

Ensure correct treatment of customer request for changes

Select the project members, including external contractors, which have the adequate skills and competencies to ensure that the project will deliver the expected results and be completed in time and within the agreed budget

Responsible for the resource planning and forecasting support to PC EDM

Establish and follow efficient procedures for analyzing business cases whilst maintaining strategic technical &commercial focus in key subject areas.

Provide advice, guidance and support to Governance and Reporting Support Manager and the Field Services team in contractual discussions with the customer.

Identify potential add-on sales opportunities emerging from the execution of the MS contract.

Secure that all commitments have been confirmed from related units in proposing key operational and strategic solutions


QUALIFICATION:

  • The right candidate will have Nigerian experience and be able to negotiate with Nigerian authorities.
  • He must have Bachelors/Masters Degree in Telecommunications. MBA is an advantage
  • 10-15 years of experience preferably familiar with Ericsson processes/procedures and good internal contact network and have the ability to work on senior management level.
  • A profound overview of different technical areas in telecom, datacom and can quickly acquire new knowledge and digest new information.
  • Knowledge of Ericsson’s organisation, products and services
  • Understands and analyses complex issues or problems, both current and potential, in order to identify the most appropriate solutions.
  • Uses strategic vision to define priorities and plan time, budget and resources realistically to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong willed, excellent negotiation skills and adherence to Code of Ethics and our Core values.
