Title of Job: Human Resources Officer
Job Profile: Responsible for various human resources, training and general affairs activities.

Required Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources :

  • Assists HR manager in recruitment process ( posting-screening-filtration-initial interviewing- letters of regret communication) & handles hiring logistics and on- boarding for new hires.
  • Responsible for conducting new hire induction within the first week of employees joining date
  • Responsible for preparing the company’s training needs analysis, implementation of soft skills training on time, internal training evaluation and the annual evaluation and selection of training vendors.
  • Responsible for PPM preparation data accuracy.
  • Responsible for handling the medical provider and employees claims and reimbursement process with the needed follow –up urgency.
  • Maintains and updates the company’s internal personnel automated database (PDS and OM) regularly with all new/modified information as well as the company’s HRIS.
  • Responsible for employees contract renewals in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and reviewing attendance reports on monthly basis in a timely manner.
  • Preparing monthly payroll input in a timely and accurate manager
  • Maintains accuracy of absence manager and the annual leaves balance of employees.
  • Calculates overtime for staff- if applicable-
  • Preparing HR (CIL-MEDMARK) and training related invoicing.
  • Maintaining confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, organizational plans and all human resources activities.
  • Collecting information on benefits, salaries, and market remuneration trends.
  • Responsible for HR duties required in case of CHRM absence.
  • Any other duties required by CHRM.

2. General Affairs :

  • Responsible for maintaining & ensuring proper presentation of Co. Premises and facilities as per Philips –Work Place Innovation- standards.


Qualification:         

  • University Graduate in relevant field
  • 1-3  years  experience  
  • Proficiency in English. French would be a plus.
  • High Computer skills
