Compliance Administrator Job Vacancy in South Africa


Our Client is looking for a full-time Compliance Administrator to join our Accounting team. You will be responsible for assisting our accounting team with compliance and administrative tasks



Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location:       Kenilworth, Cape Town - south Africa
Start Date:    ASAP


Qualification

  •     Have a sound working knowledge of Excel
  •     Have good verbal and written communications skills
  •     Are very organized and a good self-starter
  •     Are a team player
  •     Have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  •     Are analytical & numerical with excellent attention to detail
  •     Are structured & organised with good time management skills


Responsibilities

  •      Setting up new companies on our systems
  •      Registration of VAT, PAYE, Corporation tax & self-assessment registrations
  •      Capturing new registration information
  •      Annual company returns notifications to clients and follow ups
  •      Submission of annual personal tax returns to HMRC
  •      Incoming postage handling
  •      Assist with Fees collection process and debtors management
  •      Assist with ad-hoc projects


Additional Qualifications

  •     A finance related diploma/degree
  •     Experience in a similar role or environment (not essential)

Practical matters

Working hours

All of our employees are required to work UK office hours from 09h00 – 18h00 Monday to Friday (subject to change). You will also be required to work on SA public holidays and take UK public holidays off.
