        Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to ensure achievement of business objectives related to SME and Specialized Channels


  Responsibilities and Key Roles:


  • Serve as go-to expert for Channel Partners on all information related to sales, products and promotions
  • Make presentations on behalf of Partners to prospective clients
  • Achieve gross connection and sales revenue targets set for SME Channel Partners (SCP)
  • Drive SIM activations and total channel development in assigned region/ territory
  • Manage and leverage relationships with Channel Partners to increase sales
  • Conduct regular trade visits to Channel Partners' outlets
  • Prospect for, and assist in recruiting new Channel Partners
  • Handle and resolve all Channel Partner issues and queries
  • Monitor and report competitive intelligence
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow Channel Partners' businesses in assigned region/ territory
  • Promote the sale of Etisalat products and services to Channel Partners
  • Ensure timely payments of incentives to Channel Partners and communicate paid incentives to Channel Partners regularly
 Qualification Needed:
  • First degree or equivalent
Requirement and Skills:
  • Between two (2) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in channel development within a telecoms sales environment
  • Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent business-writing skills
  • Strong relationship and account management skills
