Job Title: Account Manager SME and Specialized Channels At Etisalat Nigeria

Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to ensure achievement of business objectives related to SME and Specialized Channels
Responsibilities and Key Roles:
- Serve as go-to expert for Channel Partners on all information related to sales, products and promotions
- Make presentations on behalf of Partners to prospective clients
- Achieve gross connection and sales revenue targets set for SME Channel Partners (SCP)
- Drive SIM activations and total channel development in assigned region/ territory
- Manage and leverage relationships with Channel Partners to increase sales
- Conduct regular trade visits to Channel Partners' outlets
- Prospect for, and assist in recruiting new Channel Partners
- Handle and resolve all Channel Partner issues and queries
- Monitor and report competitive intelligence
- Develop and execute business plans to grow Channel Partners' businesses in assigned region/ territory
- Promote the sale of Etisalat products and services to Channel Partners
- Ensure timely payments of incentives to Channel Partners and communicate paid incentives to Channel Partners regularly
- First degree or equivalent
- Between two (2) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in channel development within a telecoms sales environment
- Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent business-writing skills
- Strong relationship and account management skills
