Coordinating with the Engineering Disciplines and assimilating inputs for preparation of the Project documents
Preparation of the project execution plan and project procedures as per Clients requirements
Planning and monitoring project progress and status on deliverables
Interacting with the Procurement Dept. and ensuring the best cost estimates are obtained from the qualified vendors
Attending kick-off and project progress meetings
