Job description:
Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating KAEC port development activities on behalf of the Economic Cities Authority.
Provides leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performance ECA port development team in cooperation with the ECA Port Director; has responsibility for the ECA Port Development Program and Projects coordination activities, managing Port Projects delivery requirements within development contract requirements, standards of quality and safety and to ECA performance expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing the Port Administration function development
Aligning and agreeing roles and responsibilities with key stakeholdersRecruitment of Port Administration team
Implementation of framework to supervise the marine-side development of KAEC Port
Implement the Port State Control (PSC) function for the inspection of ships including the recruitment of the required resources for the start of KAEC Port
Implementation of framework to supervise the marine environmental aspects of the port that complies with required international standards including PME
