Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description:
Support the HHRA in the implementation of the company’s overall HR strategy. Actively support the development, communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Promote organizational growth through implementation of world class performance management system and effective co-ordination of periodic performance appraisals. Actively participate in the development of the annual manpower plan as well as coordinate inputs from the plants.
Monitor implementation of the plan in line with budget. Actively support the development, communication and implementation of the recruitment policy. Coordinate the induction of new employees.
Implement training and development strategy. Generate training and skill gap analysis and develop the annual training plan.
Develop and implement model to track impact of training and development programmes. Ensure all position have signed off job descriptions and KPIs.
Coordinate periodic performance reviews and ensure equitable implementation of performance outcomes.
Coordinate periodic compensation surveys. Nurture a healthy relationship between management and staff. Coordinate periodic meeting with Union Representatives.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) – Second Class Lower#
- Chartered Institute Of Personnel Development (CIPD)
