Job Title: Supply Data Reporting Manager
Responsibility:
- The Supply Administrator will lead the development of document and reporting systems to support supply chain decision-making and performance management.
- The role provides support to all of the Supply Chain functional areas in the site, leaders and teams by developing, aligning and maintaining document systems and compiling reports based on data from his sites.
- The role also provides analysis of the data drawing insights and identifying issues and areas for performance improvement. This work will be a key input to identifying our strategic development, activity prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Top Accountabilities:
- Commit to Occupational Health and Safety standards. Frequently state and articulate that Safety is our No.1 priority. Be visible as an ambassador for safety by behaving in a safe manner at all times and always challenging unsafe practices and behaviour of others, reprimanding where appropriate. Adhere strictly to the site safety rules and systems and equipment operational procedures.
- Implement Supply Reporting systems, including Perfect Plant reports, and provide input into BPM for GGBL.
- Regularly collate site data into meaningful reports as required by the business making sure data supplied is accurate and on time.
- Use the reports to draw insights and identify issues and areas for performance improvement. Make recommendations to address these to sustain Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale in the site.
- Facilitate Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) reviews, by trending performance KPIs required for performance management.
- Participate in end of period inventory stock count
- Be the Supply back-up Orderer.
Needed Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Science/Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing role.
- Knowledge of Diageo reporting systems such as BPM and world class manufacturing techniques.
- Understanding of target setting methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Clear understanding of overall business goals and strategy.
- High interpersonal effectiveness to develop & sustain robust relationships.
- Is performance driven both for self and others
