Responsibility
- Ensuring best practice compliance in line with customer requirements and Company standards.
- Engineering the preparation of commercial offers.
- Carrying out corrective action and customer satisfaction studies.
- Developing a good commercial awareness of the client needs.
- Minimizing commercial risk when developing sales contracts.
- Securing the contract legal aspects.
- Monitoring account receivables and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Finalising contract signature and ensure that proper hand over to company departments is executed.
Qualification
- University degree in engineering or in business administration, you have a minimum of 5-years experience in contract management or business development in the Oil & Gas industry (Utilities, Construction, Logistics will also be considered for this role).
- Dynamic, rigorous, with an entrepreneurial spirit, you have the ability to work on your own initiative and are capable of setting up negotiations.
- You'll possess fluent verbal and written English language. French would be advantageous.

Rotation 7/3 for Port-Harcourt; residential status in Lagos.
