        Finchglow Travels Limited, one of the leading Travel Management Company, is seeking to recruit Graduate Business Development Executives.

 Job Title: Graduate Business Development Officer
 Location: NG, Lagos


Responsibilities And Key Role:
  • Recommend and participate in
    the development of product/service sales and advertisement strategy
  • Formulate sales goals,
    marketing plans and strategies.
  • Consistently maintain good
    relationship with clients, ensuring that their expectations are surpassed
    in service provision.
  • To grow the Finchglow travels
    marketing shares.
  • To develop customer and brand
    loyalty and also partner with the major companies in the country. 
  • Generate sales for a portfolio
    of accounts and reach the company’s sales target
  • Identify new sales
    opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager
    relationship by up selling and cross selling.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with
    clients
  • Interact and coordinate with
    the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the
    same account
  • Establish budgets with the
    client and company
  • Meet time deadlines for accounts
  • Sensitizing the activities of
    competitors and ensuring that the company is ahead.
Requirements And Skills
  • A B.sc Degree from a reputable
    University
  • 1-3 Years experience in sales
    will be an advantage
  • Excellent Computer Literacy
  • Excellent Interpersonal
    Relationship
