HR and Administration Officer Job At Kasapreko Company Ltd - Ghana


Job Title: HR and Administration Officer
Location: Greater Accra




Job Description

  •      Prepares each year, training needs analysis as a basis for planning employee training programs; liaises with suitable training institutions/consultants for resource and programs appropriate for company needs.
  •      Undertake and present monthly departmental report on Business Partnering activities of the Company.
  •      Assist in ensuring full compliance and adherence to performance management system in the company as per the performance cycle.
  •      Assist in developing bargaining strategies, surveys, competitive agreements, prepares summaries and reconciliations and participates in negotiations and acts as secretary of the Standing Negotiation Committee.
  •      Assist HR Manager to carry out compensation surveys, analyze and prepare Staff monthly payroll.
  •      Assist in the administration of labour relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary action, termination etc.
  •      Maintain healthy employee and industrial relations by handling all issues presented by unionized staff such as grievances, disputes, counselling and interface with mother union.
  •      Direct all welfare facilities such as smooth functioning of staff canteen including co-ordinating with caterers to provide quality meals.
  •      Take regular action through advertisement or other sources to locate suitably qualified employees for recruitment as necessary.
  •      Maintains personnel records and HR information system to facilitate easy retrieval of personal data when required and respond rapidly to line management requests for information and advice on staff.
  •      Maintain accurate data and update contract with all third party contractors.
  •      Coordinate and communicate all monthly meetings including staff durbar and produce regular report accordingly.
  •      All other duties assigned


QUALIFICATION

  •      A degree in HRM, Business Administration or Social Sciences or equivalent degree.
  •      Three (3) years relevant experience in manufacturing will added advantage.
  •      Working knowledge of personnel administration
  •      Familiarization with Ghana labour laws
  •      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a diverse group of people, especially
  •      Working IT knowledge
