Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Ghana
Responsibilities:
- Build the company marketing position by identifying developing, defining and negotiating new business deals
- Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners
- Screen potential business deals by analysing market trends, deals requirement and recommending investments
- Opening new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirment with business options
- Enhance organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
Requirement:
- At least a BSc in Business administration ( a postgraduate in Marketing will be an added advantage)
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills
- Following traits are critical to this role, assertiveness, integrity, reliability, ability to cope with pressure decisiveness, tenacity and charisma
