Our Client:
A State-wide Micro Finance Bank based in Lagos requires the following officers:
Banking Operation Officers
Requirements And Skills:- National Diploma or a degree in Banking & Finance, Business Admin. Accounting, or Social Sciences
- Minimum of 2 years Banking or Microfinance experience.
Head of Credit/Marketing
Requirements- A degree in Social Science, Business Admin. Accounting, or Numerate Sciences
- Minimum of 5 years relevant Banking experience in Credit and Marketing
- Possession of Microfinance Bank Certification Programme Certificate will be an added advantage.
Head of Banking Operations
Requirements And Skills:- A degree in Social Science, Business Admin. Accounting or Numerate Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years Banking Operations experience
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage
- Possession of Microfinance Bank Certification Programme Certificate will be an added advantage.
Risk Management Officer
Requirements And Skills:- A degree in Banking and Finance, Social or Numerate Sciences
- Member of a recognized Banking or Risk Management body
- Minimum of 2 years banking experience.
- Possession of Microfinance Bank Certification Programme Certificate will be an added advantage.
Accountant
Requirements And Skills:- A degree in Accounting. Finance, Business Admin, Social or Numerate Sciences.
- Membership of a recognized Accounting body such as ICAN. or PE 1 of ICAN or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years Accounting experience of which at least 2 years is in the banking sector.
- Possession of Microfinance Bank Certification Programme Certificate will be and added advantage.
Auditor Requirements And Skills:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin. Social or Numerate Sciences “Membership of a recognized Accounting body such as ICAN, or PE I of ICAN or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years Audit experience. of which at least 2 years is in the banking sector.
- Possession of Microfinance Bank Certification Programme Certificate will be an added advantage.
